Quarry to container — in-house.
Block Selection
Our team is at the quarry face. Blocks are chosen by colour consistency, mineral signature and block geometry — not by what's already cut.
Cutting
Gang-saw for slabs. Bridge-saw for cut-to-size. Calibrated tile lines for tiles. One factory, one chain of custody.
QC Inspection
Every slab is photographed, measured, and graded. Defect log is shared before packing — no surprises on arrival.
Packing
Fumigated pine crates. Foam cushioning between slabs. Moisture barrier wrap. Breakage rate under 0.4%.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation certificate, MTC — every shipment, every time.
Dispatch
FOB · CIF · DDP. Primary ports: Chennai, Mundra, Nhava Sheva. Container photos shared before sealing.
Quarry network
Three states. One standard.
Shilavar operates in partnership with quarries across Rajasthan (marble, Fantasy Brown quartzite), Karnataka (Absolute Black, Imperial Red) and Andhra Pradesh (Black Galaxy, Tan Brown). Material is moved to our processing facility in Bengaluru for finishing, QC and packing.
